OINP Draw: 1,863 Tech Candidates Invited for Provincial Nomination
Today's draw for the new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program-OINP directly invites 1,863 Express Entry profiles under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.
Today's OINP draw attracted profiles with 9 tech-related NOCs/occupations with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) scores ranging from 475 to 482.
This draw considers Express Entry profiles created between May 5, 2022 – May 5, 2023.

- NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
- NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
- NOC 21233 – Web designers
- NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
When compared to the previous OINP HCP Tech draw on March 10, 2023, the lower range of the CRS cutoff score drops by 4 points while the higher range of the CRS drops by 7 points.
OINP evaluates the Express Entry pool on a regular basis, and profiles with in-demand jobs are invited to accept the provincial nomination.
As a result, selected profiles who accept the provincial nomination receive 600 points added to their existing CRS score.
In addition, if they accept the provincial nomination, the total CRS score of Express Entry profiles established in the above-mentioned occupations will rise to 1,075-1,082.
